Description
KAUST – District Cooling
- Performed the Hydraulic analysis and to evaluate the cavitation problem in the condenser water pumping system in KAUST.
- Performed hydraulic analysis for the KAUST chilled water plant along with network system comprising of two Zones of water cooled centrifugal chiller systems:
- Zone-A contain 5 centrifugal water cooled chillers (5 x 5,000 TR/Chiller) with capacity of 25,000 Ton, serving the main campus building along with associated primary pumps, secondary pumps, condenser pumps & cooling towers.
- Zone-B contains 4 centrifugal water cooled chillers (4 x 5,000 TR/Chiller) with capacity of 20,000 Ton, along with associated primary pumps, secondary pumps, condenser pumps & cooling towers.
