Saudi Aramco Jubail Refinery Company (SASREF) Study and Design for the upgradation of the existing HVAC system in the Laboratory Building

HVAC Design upgradation for Laboratory Building shall be as follows:

• Site investigations
• Evaluation of the existing HVAC system, verifying the previous design data, evaluation of the airflow rate and identifying the issues.
• Evaluation of the existing chilled water flow requirements and providing solutions for the enhancement of the HVAC system.
• Preparation of revised heat load calculations
• Preparation of HVAC floor plan drawings
• Selection of AHU
• Control system drawings and sequence of operation.
• Preparation of Bulk BOQ and Specification
